Job Title: Childrens Home Deputy Manager
Location: Burton on Trent
Salary: £14.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep night
We are looking to hire a Childrens Home Deputy Manager to provide exceptional care, support, and guidance to children and young people.
Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home
2. Ensuring the highest standards of care are provided
3. Developing strong relationships with children, staff, parents, and external agencies
4. Implementing care plans and managing risk assessments
5. Promoting a positive culture within the team
Deputy Manager Requirements
1. NVQ Level 3 qualified in Children and Young People or equivalent
2. Experienced in a supervisory role within children's residential care
3. Knowledgeable about legislation and guidelines for children's homes
4. Passionate about improving outcomes for children
5. Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings where necessary.
