Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across assigned verticals, including Cloud Hypervisor, Public Cloud, and AI-driven solutions.
* Identify and target high-potential customers, nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in cloud migration, DevOps, and AI solutions.
* Expand the customer base by leveraging existing connections and building new networks.
Customer Engagement:
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions for data center migrations, application modernization, and analytics.
* Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional pre- and post-sales support.
Target Achievement:
* Drive sales growth by achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue goals.
* Utilize a process-driven approach to ensure consistent and predictable sales outcomes.
Collaboration & Leadership:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, product managers, and marketing teams, to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
* Demonstrate ownership of projects and lead initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
Subject Matter Expertise:
* Stay updated on advancements in AI, cloud technologies, and software development to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
* Act as a thought leader in the domain, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience: 7-8 years of proven experience in sales and business development within cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps, or related fields.
* Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, customer pain points, and emerging technologies in cloud and AI domains.
* Customer Network: Strong existing relationships with key stakeholders in target industries.

* Target-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
* Process-driven with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
