The Role: Drive Growth & Build Lasting Relationships As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence. You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, engage with letting agents, win new B2B deals, and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for a tenacious and consultative salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves meeting new people, and enjoys the thrill of closing deals. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams, and receive continuous coaching and development to maximise your potential. What You’ll Be Doing: Building relationships with letting agents and property professionals to sell our award-winning platform Cold calling, networking, and social selling to generate leads and book high-quality meetings Conducting face-to-face and virtual meetings to showcase the platform's benefits Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal Working towards ambitious targets with the support of an energetic and motivated team Handing over accounts after three months to our Account Management team, ensuring a seamless transition Who You Are: You’re an engaging, confident, and results-driven individual with a natural ability to build rapport, influence decisions, and close deals.
