Teaching Personnel are currently working with Primary schools across Croydon who are looking for dedicated TA's to join their teams and make a real impact from day 1. As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children with ASD, MLD and ADHD within a mainstream school environment. You will be working closely with the class teacher, the SENCO and the parents to ensure that the children in your care are receiving individualised support which allows them to flourish.

Key Responsibilities
• Working within the classroom to support children with additional needs
• Run interventions with the children you are supporting
• Build rapport with parents and feedback progress
• Think outside the box to provide individualised support for your students
Qualifications and Skills
• Prior experience with children with additional needs
• Strong communicator with a strong level of spoken English
• A-C in English and Maths
• Level 3 TA Qualification preferred but not essential
• Flexible to the needs of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
