Job Title: Customer Sales Co-Ordinator – Warranty Sales Department: Warranty Sales Location: Croydon/Hybrid Salary: £24,814.14 per annum Bonus: £2,560 (Performance based) Start Date: June/July Office Address: 102 George Street, Croydon, CR9 6HD, United Kingdom The Role: As a Customer Sales Co-Ordinator in Warranty Sales, you’ll play a vital role in increasing warranty and assistance policy renewals. Your main responsibility will be handling telephone sales enquiries and customer service calls, ensuring that all systems are updated accordingly. You’ll also ensure all processes and procedures comply with FSA requirements, all while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Hours: This is a full-time position with shifts between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturdays 1 in 3 saturdays worked with half a day provided back to you in the week. (35 hours per week). Hours may vary depending on business needs. You Will: Handle all external and internal sales, renewals, and enquiries proactively, using your sales skills. Provide customers with warranty and assistance product features and benefits to assist in the purchase decision. Ensure product knowledge is consistently up to date. Capture and input all relevant information accurately and record daily activity for reporting purposes. Operate within FSA regulations and ensure the sales process follows procedure-based guidelines. Contribute to meeting departmental and individual key performance targets. Participate in team meetings, annual appraisals, and one-to-one sessions to continually improve performance. About You: Education: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, including English Language and Maths. Skills: Excellent telephone manner and experience in handling inbound and outbound calls in a sales environment. Experience: Previous experience in warranty sales or customer service, with a good understanding of FSA compliance and basic vehicle technology knowledge. Personality: Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively. Desirable: Experience in a warranty department.
