Outbound Recovery Specialist

If yes so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Recovery Specialist to join the team.
As an Outbound Recovery Specialist you will be engaging with customers via phone, SMS, and dialler to recover outstanding debts, negotiate payment solutions, and provide the right support to those in need. Your role will be key in helping businesses and public services operate efficiently while ensuring fair resolutions for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
Negotiating full payments or suitable payment arrangements
Meeting personal and team KPIs
Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
Identifying vulnerable customers and providing appropriate support
What We are Looking For:
Self-motivated and target-driven individuals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in customer service, collections, or outbound contact roles
The ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence and care
Good IT skills and attention to detail
