We are seeking a full-time Assistant Management Accountant to work closely with the Group Financial Controller and Management Accountant. Chartway Partnerships Group is a leading Southeast land-led housebuilder, specialising in the development of new homes and communities in partnership with housing associations, landowners, and fund managers. Consisting of eight subsidiaries, we’re on an exciting growth plan.
Right now, due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire an Assistant Management Accountant to work within our Finance Team in our brand new offices in Kings Hill.
About The Role
As our Assistant Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of the company’s management accounts, producing the accounts and reports for senior management monthly in line with deadlines.
You’ll understand and take ownership and responsibility for the management accounts and can relay and present the results to the senior finance team, as well as maintaining our accounts on a monthly basis, ensuring that all data is recorded correctly and highlighting any errors to the finance management to be corrected.
Your exceptional attention to detail will be ideal for making sure information posted onto Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Excel is accurate and updated in a timely manner. On top of this, you will work with other teams to ensure certain reporting, control processes, and systems implementation projects are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in line with the requirements of the business as they change over time.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, as an accounts assistant/assistant management accountant in a finance team. Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Dynamics.
