Previous experience within a busy administrator job and ability to schedule work would be desirable.
Administrator Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining and updating client web-based database to collaborate information. In regards to 30-minute, 2 hour and 24 hour call outs from branch networks
Coordinate and schedule work with sub-contractors and branches arranging engineers.
Create and develop spreadsheets to manage all lift jobs which are new, decommissioned and suspended.
Generate reports using Excel to support various administrative tasks.
Perform general admin duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, handling couriers, and managing post.
Administrator Job Requirements:
Previous experience in an admin job or similar role is essential.
An NVQ in Administration or equivalent is preferred.
Lift industry or equivalent experience is desirable
Strong customer service skills and excellent IT proficiency are key for this role.
