At Axcis, we have been working with this school to create a permanent team of Learning Support Assistants, who are given our full support & training from day one, allowing you to hit the ground running & feeling comfortable, as well as confident! You will be invited to join with all long-term & permanent staff onto training which is offered on a weekly basis. The school is going from strength to strength, enabling staff to grow into the roles.
This role involves working with young people across primary & secondary ages who often come from difficult family backgrounds and have social & mental health support needs (SEMH). This role is truly rewarding & unlike any other locally as you’ll be joining a fantastic team who rallies together and enables you to build lasting & rewarding supportive relationships with students to enable them to access functional skills, the mainstream curriculum & seeing the next step in their lives after school.
You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:30 until 3:30 during term-time only. You will be paid on a weekly basis, with pay starting from £95.29 per day, dependent on experience & / or qualifications.
