Breckland Alliance Primary Care Network has an opportunity for a senior administrator/project manager to join our busy practice support team and assist in the smooth delivery of excellent patient care. This role is offered on a full time basis. The main responsibilities of the role include: Undertaking a variety of administrative duties including the provision of secretarial and clerical support to our Primary Care Network team including clinical director and PCN manager. Organisation of meetings to include agenda formation, minutes and accurate record keeping. Maintaining communication across the primary care network. Assist with HR and recruitment administration. Project management including implementation and delivery of NHS workstreams. For example, managing the seasonal vaccination programme. Arranging training courses for the PCN, booking and communicating invitations for appropriate persons. General administration duties and project support for all activities within the PCN. About the Candidate We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service. We are looking for a n experienced administrator, with excellent IT, time management and organisational skills. Applicants should have the following: Ability to communicate effectively, working in a confidential and discreet manner. Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently. Some flexibility is required as you will sometimes need to work additional hours or in alternative locations generally within the PCN boundary. Primary care experience is desirable but not essential. Interviews are planned for Monday 18th and Wednesday 20th November 2024. The Alliance was formed in 2019, working together to deliver high quality, sustainable primary health care to the population of Thetford and the surrounding area and currently serves a total practice patient list of approximately 45,000. We have recently expanded the role of our alliance (PCN) and own a provider company which focuses on clinical research and the delivery of non-primary care NHS services.
