Job Description:
Our Client is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly, busy, and well-established Private Client department. This role offers the opportunity to provide secretarial support to a high professional standard, assisting two Private Client fee earners based in Oxford, consisting of one full-time and one part-time fee earner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out a range of secretarial support for the Private Client fee earners.
2. Provide remote support to other Private Client fee earners based in different offices as needed.
3. Demonstrate organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Maintain an outstanding telephone manner and excellent typing skills.
5. Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Requirements:
1. Ability to work well with other team members.
2. Experience in typing to dictation is desirable but not essential.
3. A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Forms, and case management software is helpful.
4. Prior experience working within a Private Client team is advantageous but not essential.
