Job Description:
Support Worker roles: £11.60 to £12.50 dependent on experience
Senior Support Worker roles: £12.50 to £13.75 dependent on experience
Full time, part time and bank roles available
**This role requires a drivers license**

A day in the life of working as a support worker includes:
1. Ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive and caring environment;
2. Support our people during recreational activities, outings and community integration;
3. Promote independence, self-esteem, and confidence in our people, celebrating their achievements and milestones;
4. Working together to ensure support is tailored to meet individual needs;
5. Keeping accurate records of all activities, progress, and incidents should they arise;
6. General housekeeping duties, including meal preparation;
We are looking for people who care and have:
1. A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact;
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships;
3. Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs;
4. A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team;

6. Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts;
Please note: This job role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
