Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product growth and increase market share.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Degree level education or equivalent (preferred).
* At least 2 years of experience in sales, with a focus on manufactured or industrial products.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive.
Working Schedule:
* Office-based: Monday & Friday
* Field-based (Client visits): Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
