Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role Role will be 90% office based but will require from site inspections and quality checks to be carried out. Role will be the day-to-day supervision of electricians across the business and to work alongside and support a line manager in contract delivery. Will be to ensure quality and standards of work are being met this will be done through delivering desktop and site inspections of works Certification review and validation Building monthly valuations that will be submitted to a client for invoicing Liaising with line manager and field operatives on stock and material orders Delivering tool box talks to field engineers The successful candidate will have C&G 2357 NVQ Level 3 Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential Experience delivering high levels of customer service The ability to work with a diverse customer base C&G 2391 Testing and inspection AM2 assessment C&G 2365 Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points) What we can offer you Additional earnings via ECO Overtime opportunities Salary exchange pension Employee assistance programme 28 days annual leave including bank holidays, rising by one day with each full year of service (max five additional) Enhanced family leave (dependent on length of service) Sureserve is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
