Salary: £55,000 per annum, plus company benefits

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am until 5pm with 1 hours unpaid lunch break

Purpose of role
Williams Lea seeks a skilled, highly motivated Studio Manager where they will have overall responsibility for the creative production and output of our Creative Services studio based in the Onshore Delivery Centre in Leeds. Williams Lea is a global Marketing and Communications supply chain services company.
Williams Lea builds client solutions that are on-site, off-site and offshore. Employees provide services ranging from digital and document workflow management, through customer communications management, to creative production.
Key responsibilities
1. The role will oversee the entire creative production output for a Creative Services studio based offsite, operating from within the Clients IT environment
2. To ensure delivery of high-quality creative production material from the Creative Services studio, matching and surpassing client briefs
3. To lead our Creative Services team to work together to provide a seamless service to our clients
4. To bring creativity and innovation to the Creative Services team
5. Deliver industry insight and market trends to drive innovation
6. The role will report into the Global Creative Director, who has overall accountability for delivery of all services provided to this client.
7. To build strong client relationships with key stakeholders and clients, winning work, key projects and large campaigns to help grow the scope of the team and the studio
8. Identify and develop solutions which meet client requirements, work within the client brand guidelines and are accessible for the intended audience
9. Hands on management of complex jobs, pre-empting issues, coordinating work and production, including print and delivery
10. Ensure that message quality, format, and content meet the brief and are consistent with firm-wide communication guidelines
11. Guide and advise members of the team in the design and use of template material, providing training where necessary
12. Responsible for the service operation and process management, including QC review
13. Ensuring the studio has all the requirements and in working order
14. Monitor progress of activities to ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and client brand guidelines
15. Management of complex projects - may have multiple assets or complex deliverables
16. Project estimations - time and budget
17. Briefing of designers and vendors
18. Review of assets supplied by clients

19. Experienced leading a team of designers and takes a collaborative, proactive approach to handling issues and supporting clients
20. In depth knowledge and understanding of design and production across printed and digital disciplines
21. Strong communication skills, a professional manner and someone willing to proactively support and engage with their surrounding colleagues and clients
22. Highly organised managing yours and others workloads, managing multiple projects effectively with a polite confident manner
23. Motivational and enthusiastic

25. Enjoys working with and presenting to clients with excellent client relationship and management skills
