What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing and supporting Case Administrators, ensuring smooth case progression; Attending meetings with Directors and key stakeholders, both internally and externally; Collaborating with Insolvency Practitioners to develop and implement case strategies; Reviewing and improving casework prepared by junior team members; Managing cases involving assets and complex financial matters; Ensuring all documentation meets statutory requirements; Conducting site visits and handling related matters; Assisting with compliance and regulatory requirements; Providing training and mentorship to Case Administrators; Supporting business development efforts, including attending networking events; Continuously working to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
