We are looking for talented individuals to grow our software delivery capability. Our scientific software solutions are relied on for their accuracy and reliability so we are looking for an additional Senior Test Analyst who, alongside their colleagues in software will act to shape the development process to ensure the quality of our products.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, scientists, application scientists, and fellow testers. Testers are actively involved in the design and maintenance of automated testing processes. Each day is unique here, you may be testing, but also you could be involved in streamlining our cloud deployments, working with the Platform Engineering team, and even having the chance to write some development code if that is something you want to try.
Additionally, you will become responsible for the line management of a small number of colleagues, support their growth and development, manage their performance and help them succeed at Lhasa. Continuous training and support are provided to all line managers to ensure they are equipped and effective in carrying out these responsibilities.

* Ability to refine user stories and generate test scenarios.
* Proven experience of writing and reviewing end-to-end acceptance tests using Selenium or Cypress.
* A knowledge of non-functional testing practices including performance and observability.
* Experience with GIT version control and familiarity with merging strategies.
* An understanding of npm and maven package management.
* Some experience of programming with Java and/or Typescript.
* Ability to line manage, including supporting growth and development; performance management and career progression; change management and absence reporting.
