The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding clients through their leasing journey. Whether advising on the perfect vehicle or tailoring a financing solution, your role is key to delivering the outstanding service Rivervale is known for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of clients.
* Provide expert leasing advice and tailored quotations across a range of new vehicles.
* Ensure seamless customer experiences using our bespoke CRM systems.
* Work closely with the wider team to exceed customer expectations at every stage.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines confidence and charisma with a passion for exceptional service.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
* Proven experience in a sales or account management role.
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Previous experience in the automotive or vehicle leasing industry.
* Knowledge of financing and leasing options.
