About the job?
You will be responsible for the presentation of both rolling stock and facility assets at SPM Depot. You will deliver a passenger environment that improves customer satisfaction and improves the travel experience.
The Train Presentation Manager will also be responsible for the management and delivery of the Service Quality Regime. Additionally, you will be responsible for the training and competence of cleaning presentation colleagues within the SPM Depot.
What you'll be doing?
* Drive continuous improvements in Train Presentation, Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience for Engineering activities whilst minimising costs and maximising any revenue opportunities through review and alignment with Engineering Business requirements.
* Responsible for providing the leadership and development for all Train Presentation Colleagues and setting the objectives
* Responsible for Developing, implementing and maintaining cleaning schedules and quality procedures for all assets (i.e. Fleet and Facilities).
* Ensure that all accidents and incidents are appropriately dealt with, investigated and that any corrective action is implemented in a timely manner.
* Undertake risk assessments, compile method statements and agree program of improvement/planned works in connection with asset plans.
* Ensure that the environmental management of the premises conforms to legislation and Company standards and procedures.
* Responsible for workplace housekeeping duties and the segregation of waste arising from engineering activities you have undertaken.
* Plan/Co-ordinate tasks with others working on the same unit / vehicle(s) or location.
* Ensure Fleet Managers requirements are resourced and prioritised in line with the Business Plan.
* Workload Planning, monitoring and control of all applicable resources, including material requests and third party suppliers.
* Ensure materials are available by ordering material via the local process or advising the Materials team.
About you?
You'll need to be:
* Solid working history in supervisory and line management engineering experience at depot level or equivalent.
* Proven Man-management, Project Management, Asset Management and Organisational skills.
* Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements. (OHSAS 18001)
* Knowledge of ISO Systems (ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 55001)
* Knowledge of Supplier Assessment (ACOP 1003)
* Must have serviced a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent

Working Pattern:
This role will be on a night basis with flexibility to work days and weekends when required this will be discussed further at interview.
