Miryco Consultants are working with an established Asset Manager requiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join their high-performing and dynamic talent function. This role would suit an experienced and energetic talent coordinator capable of managing high-volume interview scheduling with meticulous accuracy and organisation skills.
Responsibilities:
* Providing diary management for activities related to recruitment and talent.
* Scheduling interviews
* Liaising with external recruiters, candidates and hiring managers
* Processing and managing invoices
* Helping to coordinate diversity initiatives
* Creating reports around recruitment
* Ad hoc project work
Required:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within Financial Services as a Recruitment Coordinator with exposure to the firm's talent function.
* Superb organisation skills and diary management.
Desired:
* High standard undergraduate/bachelors degree.
