Our client is a modern solicitors with a very good reputation and currently going through a period of growth. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join the team and provide support to the fee earners, which will include the Head of Department.
This will be a busy and challenging role with very good rewards. You will have direct contact with clients and other third parties and be involved with all aspects of the residential property conveyancing process from opening files, requesting searches to billings, transactions and all post completion matters. You will send out application packs and at times meet clients and introducers.
This is an integral role and we are seeking an experienced residential property professional, able to draft legal correspondence, check documentation for accuracy and prepare completions statements. Experienced in ensuring client services are to a very high standard, we are seeking someone able to demonstrate proven experience in working in a conveyancing role as Paralegal, Secretary or a Legal Assistant.
You will be a very good organiser, with strong communication skills who is able to work calmly under pressure and be pro-active and forward-thinking, and familiar with CMS and good IT skills.
