We are currently recruiting for a property assistant, working weekday nights and weekends for a retirement living service based in the Brighton, BN2 Area.
Please note this is a BANK position - we are looking for someone to purely provide support in the event of absence (holiday, sickness etc.). We cannot guarantee a fixed amount of hours and this will be on a strictly BANK basis.
We are looking for someone to work during weekday nights and all day during weekends. The building is currently undergoing renovations, so the role is to provide an on-site presence during out of office hours.
Duties will include:
1. Managing fire and/or security alarms if and when needed.
2. Able to retain basic information around procedures in case of emergency.
3. Act as Fire Marshal on site (full training will be provided).
Shift patterns:
Shifts will be 12 hours including days, nights, and weekend work. Please only apply if you can commit to a rolling shift pattern covering the above.
You will be working within a team of 2. We need someone who is available to start ASAP and must be flexible to work at least one of the shift patterns above.

Rate of pay: £18ph PAYE - £22.82ph UMBRELLA (minimum).
