SEN Tutor

Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop personalised learning plans based on individual student requirements
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding and progress
* Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
* Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN support strategies and techniques
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* Effective time management and organisational skills
