This position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. It involves building strong connections with customers through emails, live chat, and inbound calls. Fluency in Italian is essential, as you will play a key role in supporting and making a real difference for Italian-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and inbound calls.
2. Provide clear and effective solutions to customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
5. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and meet performance targets.
What We're Looking For:
1. Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
3. Experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not essential - full training will be provided.
4. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
