Develop, implement, and maintain global security programs, including physical security, asset protection, crisis management, and event security. Conduct threat and risk assessments, traveling to sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Create and manage scalable security services, resources, and protocols to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and travelers. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, law enforcement, and external agencies to ensure security collaboration. Stay updated on industry trends by maintaining a network of peer companies, consultants, and vendors to support security needs. What We’re Looking For: 5-7 years of management experience in law enforcement, protective services, or corporate security, with large international event security experience. Comprehensive security expertise in areas like physical assets, workforce protection, crisis management, threat assessments, risk mitigation, and business continuity. Experience managing diverse, high-performing teams and overseeing security programs and projects. Strong background in budget management, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and deliver training effectively.
