The Role
This is an all-encompassing strategic Grocery Commercial Account Manager role in this dynamic and world-leading business. With responsibility for full P&L & JBP responsibility and plenty of scope over the coming 12-18 months to grow the category you are responsible for in line with the EMEA channel strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Growth: Develop and execute regional sales plans to open doors and secure listings with key grocery and high street retailers, achieving agreed commercial terms and growth targets.
* Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market reviews to identify opportunities and develop entry strategies for high-potential regions.
* Profit Management: Oversee P&L for key accounts, negotiating pricing and investments to ensure profitability.
* Customer Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with retailers and distributors, driving all aspects of client interaction from lead generation to launch execution.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimise sales performance, making data-driven decisions to adjust strategies as needed.
What We're Looking For:
* A proven track record in UK Big retail with Tesco, JS, John Lewis, Boots, Aldi, Lidl etc ideally in direct-to-retail sales within the health, beauty, or FMCG industries.
* Exceptional commercial acumen and creativity, with the ability to build mutually beneficial solutions for partners.
* A passionate, tenacious, and resilient approach, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
