About the Role As a Field Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our service users across Sutton receive safe, effective, and person-centred care. About You Minimum Level 3 Health and Social Care (or working towards it). Experience in domiciliary care and staff supervision. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
