Job Description:
We seek an experienced and highly organised construction site manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects in Moray on behalf of a client. The candidate will start ASAP and ideally live within driving distance of the site.
The candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites efficiently, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
2. First Aid at Work certification.
3. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and site management best practices.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. Previous experience managing construction sites is essential.
