You will join us between July and October 2025 and complete a 1-year fully immersive graduate programme. This structured development journey leads to exciting long-term career opportunities across our global operations. As a Graduate Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of industrial water treatment solutions, working alongside experienced professionals to solve complex challenges for our global clients.
Day-to-Day Duties:
* Learn to conduct Legionella sampling and monitoring procedures
* Develop skills in managing treatment performance and customer communications
* Master the use of digital data visualisation platforms for reporting and analysis
* Gain expertise in equipment calibration and maintenance procedures
* Learn to optimise service activities and maximise productivity
* Develop understanding of commercial agreements and profitability plans
* Build knowledge of water treatment technologies and processes
* Participate in customer review meetings and project execution
Qualifications
Ideal Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Science discipline (essential)
* Fluent in English - other European languages are useful
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid UK driving licence
* Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar platforms
* Willingness to travel
