What it's like to work here
Around 700,000 people visit Tredegar every year, the property has a bustling 80-seater cafe 'The Brewhouse' which is open all year round and is located outside the pay barrier, this means the public can visit the café alongside National Trust members and visitors. We also have a take-away outlet which adjoins The Brewhouse and is open weekends and school holidays during the spring and summer. We have external seating for approximately 200 people. We are opening a third outlet this summer, located in the parkland next to a new children's play area. There is also opportunity to develop additional F&B outlets and pop-ups across the property. With 50% sales growth forecast within the next 3 years, this is an exciting time for an experienced Food & Beverage professional to join our team.
