The successful Architectural Technologist will have post qualification experience working on residential projects ideally with a sustainable focus as well as being well versed in Revit and AutoCAD with strong technical drawing capabilities.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
1. Working towards/ achieved MCIAT
2. Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar qualification
3. Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
4. Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
5. Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
6. Proven experience working in the residential sector and ideally commercial
7. Be a supportive team player
8. Prior knowledge working on listed building and heritage projects
9. Passion for incorporating sustainability into design
10. Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
11. Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
12. Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
13. Ambitious to progress to Senior level and keen to input to company growth
14. Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
15. Excellent communication skills
16. Commutable distance to Oxford
