Hooray is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Event Planner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Events Assistant, you will:
* Support the management, planning, organizing and delivering a calendar of fundraising events
* Undertake risk assessments on events for both health & safety and cost efficiency
* Develop opportunities for other income lines within events
* Ensure all income is received and acknowledged in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
* Work closely with the marketing team to deliver a clear and timely brief to produce engaging collateral and encourage participation
To be successful as an Event Planner you will:
* Have experience and a track record of delivering mass participation events
* Have knowledge of fundraising regulations
* Be able to write clear and effective briefs
* Understand the importance of budget setting and monitoring
* Be a creative thinker with a proven ability to produce engaging events
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £32,300 per annum.
