Our new client a leading property specialist within the Cotswolds are looking for a Support assistant to provide essential administrative support. The position will require a client focused professional who has enthusiasm, passion and integrity.
Key Responsibilities – Support Assistant
Administration support to rural/professional and residential agency departments
Making of appointments, meetings, lunches and seminars
To produce valuations, tenancy agreements, terms of business, letters, emails and invoices
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Managing timesheets
Manual and electronic filling
All other administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Requirements – Support Assistant
Proactive
Well organised with the ability to multi task
Excellent communication skills
IT Literate
Team player
To be able to take responsibility as well as use own initiative
Organised and reliable
