We're looking for a positive team player who wants to provide great customer service and develop business by converting enquiries into hire business.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day, you'll be:
1. Answering the telephone and handling email enquiries.
2. Taking on-hires and off-hires from our construction industry customers.
3. Raising quotations and inputting orders on our dedicated hire system.
4. Liaising with our 12 operational depots and transport department to arrange deliveries and collections.
5. Making tele-sales calls generated from our in-house database.
What We're Looking For
* Excellent telephone manner and strong customer service skills.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic computer literacy – MS Office/Outlook skills.
* Knowledge of G42 or other similar hire rental asset management systems advantageous.
* Knowledge of hire industry/construction advantageous.
