Sales Manager

SF are looking for a General Sales Manager to join our leading manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales person as the long term plan is for the successful candidate to become General Manager. Experience within industrial heating sector is very beneficial.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales - Directly responsible for sales of key account and indirectly responsible for overall sales and marketing.
2. Daily operations - Seamlessly manage day to day office tasks including answering calls, scheduling and ensuring smooth internal communications.
3. Financial oversight - Oversee the business finances, including invoice management, budgeting, stocktaking and procurement.
4. Compliance & Safety - Maintain compliance with health, safety and fire regulations. Manage insurance and subscriptions.
5. Administration excellence - Provide comprehensive administrative support to directors and managers from parent and sister companies, including report preparation, payroll and banking oversight.
6. Staff management - Supervising staff performance, staff recruitment, overseeing staff training and employee appraisals and wage negotiations, including HR processes and procedures.
7. Customer relations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with exemplary service and professionalism.
8. Company - Negotiate contracts and accounts, ensuring the best outcomes for the Strategic Management.
Candidate Profile:
1. Proven office management experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of profit and loss.
5. Experience in leading and developing staff.
