We are looking for a Merchandising Admin Assistant to join a young lifestyle brand who are experiencing exciting growth. You will be supporting the clothing department by providing administrative support to merchandising functions.
This will include:
1. Managing purchase orders, and communication with suppliers.
2. Maintaining and updating the Critical Path.
3. Establishing strong relationships via supplier communications and inquiries.
4. Partnering with the Assistant Merchandiser and Head of Merchandising to complete reports, trading updates, and admin tasks
5. Working closely with the Buying, Design, and Garment Tech.
This is an entry level role so merchandising experience is not required but some retail knowledge would be ideal.
