As an experienced Business Manager within the automotive sector, you will be responsible for helping to manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department; you will do this by being at the core of all sales enquiries and by working with the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of obligations that they have entered into, doing so with integrity and above all, treating customers fairly. This role requires someone with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build and nurture customer relations whilst providing the highest levels of customer service. The role requires an individual who is highly organised, and can operate in a fully compliant environment. Business Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure customers are provided with the highest possible levels of service.
