Developing and supporting relationships with community organisations and health care providers through information exchange and joint initiatives. About you An energetic and resourceful communicator with a passion for a healthy, happy community. An effective team player, able to participate and contribute at forums and groups to influence best practice and positive outcomes. The knowledge and understanding of relevant health and social care legislation is essential.
