Customer Care Manager Opportunity

To be considered for the position of Customer Care Manager, you will need to have the following experience and skills:
1. At least 2 years' experience in a Customer Care Management role with another well-established developer.
2. A sound and practical knowledge of the construction process - ideally having worked on site.
3. Experience of managing a team of operatives.
4. A sound understanding and appreciation of the importance of Health & Safety.
5. Financially aware (cost management).
6. Computer literate (i.e., Word, Excel, Email).
