Job Duties:
* Provide tutoring and support to students preparing for their GCSE exams
* Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student’s needs
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Develop and implement effective study strategies
* Communicate progress and areas for improvement to students and parents
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE level subjects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Effective time management and organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with Looked After Children (LAC)
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
* Working closely with students and parents
* May require travel to student’s homes or educational institutions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
