Financial Planning Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional seeking to grow your career in financial services?
A well-established Financial Planning firm who is known for developing high performing Financial Advisers is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team.
What will you do?
Collaborate closely with financial advisers and the back-office team to ensure seamless operations.
Act as a key liaison for clients, handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain communication with providers to manage documentation and updates.
Prepare and manage client records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Draft Letters of Authority, schedule meetings, and manage adviser diaries.
Process new business and prepare meeting materials to support client engagement. Preferred experience:
Background in financial services is advantageous (e.g., IFA, pensions, investments, wealth management, mortgages).
Proven client care experience
Excellent administration, time management, and prioritisation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and capable of learning new systems with ease. What’s on Offer:
