About the Administrator Role
As Administrator your role will be to support our Consultants by liaising with our customers and producing quality bespoke reports. You will join a team of administrators and will need to have had exposure to a customer service role, be confident and proactive with a good work ethic.
Administrator Responsibilities
Your role will principally be administration support for a specified number of Consultants, organising internal and external meetings, preparation of site visits and documents, responding to customers when required, formatting and proof reading reports and populating information onto our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Tasks will also include supporting Consultants with commercial activities including sales, contract management and renewals.
Salary & Benefits
The basic salary for the Administrator role is £22,000-£25,000 depending on your experience.
