Meet and greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming.
Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and handle general administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
Receptionist Key Skills and Requirements:
Reception or, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A professional demeanour and a customer-focused approach.
