Due to continued expansion we are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a friendly, progressive and professional payroll team based the Littleborough, Rochdale area. This role requires an experienced, capable full end to end payroll professional with previous expertise in a similar payroll position processing both small and high volume payrolls at multiple intervals on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. Role Responsibilities Process multiple frequency payrolls on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis via SAGE payroll PAYE, NI and RTI submissions and liaison with HMRC Undertake pensions and auto enrolment Deal with starters/leavers P45/P46 & P60s and PAYE Deal with SSP/SMP/SPP Deal with maternity/paternity leave calculations, statutory payments/deductions Process payments to employees, pension providers Prepare and submit monthly/annual HMRC returns Deal with payroll enquiries in an effective manner and provision of payroll reports upgrades Person Specification Previous experience within a similar full end to end payroll processing role dealing with multiple interval payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly basis in a fast moving payroll team Expertise in running small and large volume payrolls end to end weekly/fortnightly and monthly Ideally knowledge of SAGE payroll system Knowledge of Sage/Xero or Quickbooks would be advantageous (training provided) Good attention to detail and be a confident communicator, both written and over the telephone Be able to work on own initiative and be a team player.
