Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Bridgend (Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
2. Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting databases
3. Process invoices, expense reports, and payment runs
4. Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in month-end close processes
5. Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial policies
7. Provide general administrative support to the finance department
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
9. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills
