Customer Service Coordinator We have an exciting opportunity that has just become available with one of our esteemed clients based in Shepshed near Loughborough. They are well-regarded in the agricultural and farming industry and are currently on the lookout for experienced Customer Service Coordinators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for their farm customers. The customer service coordinator will focus on customer engagement, ensuring customers are updated throughout the delivery / ordering process. Timely updating the systems with accurate order entry and delivery information. The position requires full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break. Key responsibilities - Customer Service Coordinator: Sales & Purchase contract entry within the company risk policy parameters Customer service – Delivery information, call handling, customer complaints, enquiries, pricing from lists provided Managing supply & demand of various products Liaising with distribution sites & hauliers to arrange collections and co-ordinate deliveries with end users Filing, credit/debit notes, invoice cancellations, new account set-up forms and other admin duties as required Purchase & Sale contract management Cover for other members of the planning team as required (ASH) Taking and managing incoming calls Building relationships with customers and suppliers to the benefit of the sales teams Skills & experience- Customer Service Coordinator: Prior experience within a customer service role is essential. Customer service focus with excellent communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Highly accurate with a strong attention to detail. Positive and pro-active attitude with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative. Able to efficiently use a computer including Microsoft Office and willingness to learn other business critical software. Ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary. Benefits- Customer Service Coordinator: Basic salary £25,000 p/a (£12.82 p/h) Once taken on permanent the salary is £28,500 p/annum with enhanced pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement of 35 days per annum, including bank holidays.
