We are Tritility, a growing business energy and water consultancy based in the North East- working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, we help organisations to reduce their utility costs and reduce their environmental impact. About the role:
As an on-site role, reporting to our Administration Manager, you will support our sales operation to help businesses throughout the UK to take control of their utilities, saving money, saving time, and cutting carbon.
You'll be involved in all areas of the business and will be the first contact for sales agents and suppliers. You will be providing sales support for colleagues, by contacting utility suppliers, and requesting important information. You will take responsibility for completing and updating supplier information within our CRM, liaising with internal/external stakeholders to ensure contracts go live.
The role is based from our office in Jarrow, just south of Newcastle, covering our standard working hours of Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday.
Your experience:
This position would suit an energy administrator with a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role and would be a perfect fit for a candidate with the below qualities:
1. Highly skilled multitasker; can prioritise own workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Ability to work using own initiative within given remit escalating any concerns where required.
3. Flexible and pro-active with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally.
5. Experience in using all Microsoft Office products in particular Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Outstanding interpersonal abilities.
