We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Domino's UK& Ireland. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-class customer service and technical support to our team members and customers via phone, email, and in-person.
* Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with our systems, applications, and hardware.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates and hardware repairs.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
* Basic level of IT skills and experience working in a service desk or call center environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
