Job Title: Core Subjects Tutor Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: The Core Subjects Tutor will be responsible for delivering high-quality tutoring sessions in core subjects such as Maths, English, Science, and other related subjects. They will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. The tutor will also communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment. Required Qualifications: - A degree in Education or a related field - Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) - DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field Experience: - Proven experience in tutoring core subjects - Experience working with students of varying abilities Knowledge and Skills: - Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for core subjects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to motivate and engage students - Effective classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Education or a related field - Additional teaching certifications All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
