Hours: 37 hours per week (with the flexibility to on occasion to work weekends/evenings and bank holidays)
Salary: £33,586pa

Job Overview:
As a Deputy Community Services Manager, you will support in leading our outreach, hub and specialist teams which includes AFEO (Accommodation for Ex Offenders) to relieve homelessness and prevent cyclical or entrenched rough sleeping.
Responsibilities:
1. Support clients within the service.
2. Induct, train and supervise new and existing staff members.
3. Operate various management systems, including the administration of health and safety requirements.
4. Support the Community Services Manager in ensuring quality and performance.
5. Ensure teams adhere to varied contract requirements.
6. Work effectively with partner agencies.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
1. Experience of working in the third sector or sufficient experience in similar fields.
2. Management of staff teams delivering services to contract requirements.
3. Ability to plan own work effectively and that of others, meeting targets and deadlines.
4. Clear risk and health and safety management knowledge.
5. Hands-on attitude and a collaborative approach.
